Standard support for all ITdatasoft products is provided via web interface or email for 30 days. You can fill out a support request form online or you can send email requests to support@ITdatasoft.com and our support staff will respond promptly. Please include your license code in the email so we can verify your purchase date.

Paid Maintenance and Support
If you purchase a Support and Maintenance license for your software, you will receive unlimited web and email support for 1 year after purchase. In addition, you will receive the latest versions of the software during the 1 year period. You can fill out our support request form or you can send email requests to support@ITdatasoft.com and our support staff will respond promptly.
